This project involved the complete refurbishment of a four-bedroom detached property, transforming an outdated house into a modern, high-quality family home. The client wanted to renovate every aspect of the property, creating a fresh, contemporary interior while improving the overall standard and longevity of the home. Our team managed the project from the initial strip out through to the final decorative finishes, ensuring every stage was completed to the highest standard. 

 The property was fully stripped back before undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment. We installed new electrical and plumbing systems throughout, providing a modern and efficient infrastructure for the home. All walls and ceilings were re-plastered to create a flawless finish before new flooring was laid throughout the property. Extensive second-fix carpentry included the installation of new internal doors, door frames, skirting boards and decorative coving, enhancing the property's character while achieving a premium finish. The project was completed with full painting and decorating, delivering a consistent, high-quality finish in every room.
