Nightingale Suites, Clapham

This project involved the conversion of a substantial Victorian property into six luxury apartments. After the original contractor left the project midway through the build, the client appointed Melos Construction to take over and deliver the development to completion. Our priority was to seamlessly continue the works while ensuring every aspect of the project met the high standards expected for a premium residential development. 

We carried out a wide range of internal and external construction works to bring the project to completion. Our scope included first and second fix carpentry, plaster boarding and plastering, painting and decorating, wall and floor tiling, kitchen installation, and external landscaping and finishing works. Throughout the project, we coordinated the remaining trades and maintained a strong focus on quality, workmanship, and attention to detail.
