This project involved the extensive renovation and extension of a terraced property in Harrow, transforming the home into a larger, more versatile living space for a growing family. Set across the ground, first and second floors, the client's vision was to increase the property's footprint while creating additional living and entertaining areas that blended seamlessly with the existing home. Every aspect of the project was carefully planned to maximise both space and functionality. 

Our works included the construction of a 3-metre rear extension, providing a spacious open-plan living area with improved connection to the garden. We also built a bespoke garden room, creating a flexible space that can be used as a home office, gym or entertainment area. The existing garage was converted into a fully functional en-suite bedroom, adding valuable accommodation without altering the property's footprint. To complete the transformation, we carried out comprehensive landscaping works, creating an attractive and practical outdoor space that complements the newly extended home and enhances its overall appeal.
