 This project involved the complete refurbishment of a dated four-bedroom semi-detached property in Muswell Hill. The client's vision was to modernise the home while creating a practical, comfortable and contemporary living environment for their family. Our objective was to transform every aspect of the property, enhancing both its appearance and functionality through a carefully planned, high-quality renovation. 

 The property underwent a full internal refurbishment, beginning with the installation of new electrical and plumbing systems throughout to bring the home up to modern standards. All walls and ceilings were skimmed and plastered to provide a flawless finish before decorating. We replaced the existing sash windows throughout the property, installed new flooring, and carried out extensive carpentry works including new skirting boards, internal doors and door frames. The existing family bathroom was fully renovated, while an additional shower room was created to improve the home's practicality and accommodate the needs of a growing family. The project was completed with comprehensive painting and decorating, delivering a consistent, high-specification finish throughout.
